From managing listing campaigns and digital marketing to coordinating transactions, your initiative and exceptional assistance will directly impact our success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Organizational skills to handle administrative tasks such as file management, scheduling, and client inquiries.
  • Attention to detail will ensure accuracy and efficiency in our daily operations.
  • Maintain the client database, ensuring records are up-to-date and data integrity is maintained.
  • Proficiency in relevant systems, software, and technology will streamline processes and boost productivity.
  • Provide support during property transactions, liaising with agents, buyers, and sellers to ensure a seamless process.
  • Multitasking and prioritisation abilities will be crucial in managing deadlines, paperwork, and documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer service and promptly responding to inquiries. Strong communication skills will help build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Work closely with your salesperson and our team, providing support and innovative ideas to drive company success. A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile will set you up for achievement.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous real estate administration or related field experience is preferred. However, we welcome enthusiastic newcomers eager to learn and grow within the industry.
  • Natural ability to stay organised, meet deadlines, and efficiently handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe, database management, and relevant tools is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.
